They said its the best Japanese Restaurant in town. They said their sushis and sobas are superb. It’s time for me to find out whether what other blogs saying are true or not.
Wasabi and soysauce, one of the most important spice need for sushi dining. The wasabi must be fresh made and the soysause must be a highgraded soysauce. If you guys a normal sushi diner. Try to compare it with sushi king outlets. You will feel the difference. Kampachi serve good soysauce though. To this pass the exam.
I’ve order starters before the main dish come. The first one is
should be salads. Not just plain salads.
Shake Kawa Salad. Green vegetables with salmon skin and salmon roe.RM20
Then i start to fill my tummy with sushi first. Unagi is one of my favourite sushi. It a must to taste. This will really test the chef skills.
Kampachi maki. Tuna, prawn, avocado, crabstick topped with Grilled Eel (unagi).RM48
This definitely the best unagi sushi i ever had. Although a bit pricey but worth for it.
Then i order another set again, this time i go for their salmon mix with tuna sushi. They call it the Rainbow maki, one of their signature sushi.
Rainbow maki. Sliced Tuna and Salmon with avocado roll.RM32
Since the sushi is so good.. i go on again with sushi set as my main dish. Its a mix variety of sushi and sashimi in a box set.
Sushi Bento. Bento box with Assorted sushi and sashimi with grilled eel.RM38
A closer look.
Then my partner order another main dish set. I forgot the name of the don set but it was good also. Here’s the preview.
Must try their cawan mushi. Damn smooth the egg.
Well thats end my dining here. I must give a 8/10 of all the dishes i taste. Not forgot the’s a lot of foreigner and japanese visit here everyday. The environment here is very noble and classy too.
