Happy Birthday my dear Chloe.

I was planning for a perfect atmosphere restaurant for her birthday and came into this restaurant from my research. The main reason is this place serve western food, the food has a distinctly Japanese slant - steaks are served with a miso-type sauce and they have plenty of Japanese-style pastas (with salmon roe, sea urchin etc) and secondly this spot is  a good ambience and quiet place for two person to dine out.

I ordered the Tenderloin Steak 150g course RM 85 which perfect for her that cant finish large beef..hehe and myself with Mix Seafood platter course RM 69. I thought this might be not enough so i order ala carte Cheese Baked Oyster RM35, and juices for us.

Firstly, the drinks come first..pineapple juice.

Then come with their house breads, freshly baked of course,

Then the starters, soup of the day which is a Carrot cream soup for each of us that i never taste before.. these definitely better than normal mushroom cream soup. Itsssssss so good!

Follow on by the Hors D’oeuvre, mixture of octupus ink and octupus, chicken breast meat slices and savouries. The "ink" was really really good.

Then came the fantastic cheese baked oyster. Its really really fresh and didnt smell at all. Not forget the cheese and tomato gravy top above it. Perfect scores!

While smuggling for the oysters, house salads is out. Tell you this salad is so simple and nice i dont mind to order again next time. Both of it came with bonito flake on top of the salads. Lovely dressed. My dear said she love the salad best.

And for your attention now pls, the main course Tenderloin Beef Steak 150g. The steak came in three sizes - 200g, 250g and 300g. Wasn’t too sure how much my dear could handle so I went for the smallest - which turned out to be just the right size. The doneness of the steak was as requested (medium well) and the miso sauce, went quite well with it. Grilled on charcoal. Not oily at all, this surely a nice course for those who not into oily food. Bravo. But this is not their house most speciality. The most expensive beef steak they serve is here is wagyu. Check internet if you dont know the meaning. Its a famous japanese beef. I remember the price for the steak itself costed RM200 for 200g here and they serve up to 350g ala carte sth around RM300-400. Expensive huh? Got chance might try that one next time but too bad i cant eat beef.

and continue with my main course, Mix Seafood platter… trying sth new beside chicken breast steak. Hehe… its just nice. with the miso sauce.

And lastly our desserts, cheesecake on a cold plate! Kinda surprise with the cheesecake cause it taste salty. Must be the famous Cotton Soft Japanese Cheesecake. Yummy! My dear so kua cheong said the fruits smell so nice like Lancome perfume and Body Shop fragrance.. but surely its very sweet and nice. The cream beside it just so good like lollipop juices. I dont know how to describe it but its like melting on my tongue with the cheesecake. Superb!

I love the services. They took very good care of orders of each meal, the timing was perfect. Service was pretty attentive and we were quite impressed by the speed that the food was served - once the first course came, there was barely a pause between courses. The waiter here change every plate and cutteries each after each meal was serve occasionally. This definitely another favourite steak house for me now.
