My Th'ng
Back in my child age, i used to watch the cartoon series Transformers. Got dreaming fighting against Decepticons with Optimus Prime and other Autobots side by side every single night.
my Hero when im still sucking my thumb….
Yes, i’m a die hard fan of Transformers. I plan to get an action figure for O.Prime but because it’s too expensive for me to own these kinda toys, i decided not to collect them. I remember i had my first Nike sneaker back in 1997 and it cost all my angpao money to get it. Since after that, i’ve been obsessed with the swoosh logo footwear. When i started work and earn enough money to buy kicks. The first thing i will do is walk into a Nike store. Now since sneaker trend is made for collectable, I’ve even get poisoned. I never really do like to talk about shoes but this soon to be release sneaker really drive me crazy.
NIKE AIR TRAINER III TRANSFORMERS
finally…Nike cross with Transformers.
sleek design of Autobots logo on the trainer… love it to the maxxxx!
Autobots… transform and roll.
How i wish to grab on the footwear, this item is a must to have! As you know the movie Transformer will premier for the first time on the 4th of July 2007. I still had no idea whether when is this shoe going to be release or its not for public to consumed. Hopefully, it will be appear here in Malaysia and if it so, i dont think this bot will come cheap.
Let’s hope the release version of the sneaker is even better!
Quiet CNY
It’s day 10 for CNY, yet it so quiet and boring. Done nth happening except went to the temple for 3 times, went to my uncle place and pai tin kung. Sadly, there i cant see a fireworks this year, maybe wrong place and wrong timing.. i just still cant feel the mood. I’ve been laze around the office sitting there doing nothing related my job, surfing forums and blogs actively. Can’t update this blog due to my forgetfullness of bringing the softcopy to the office. Well, hopefully the last 5 days would be a great one. Argh.. i still havent watch Ghostrider. Anyone pls get the ticket and go movie with me or else i die boredom soon!

6 Minutes Management Course
I‘ve found these few lessons quite funny, true and helpful.
Lesson 1
A man is getting into the shower just as his wife is finishing up her
shower, when the doorbell rings. The wife quickly wraps herself in a
towel and runs downstairs. When she opens the door, there stands Bob,
the next-door neighbor. Before she says a word, Bob says, "I’ll give you $800 to drop that towel." After thinking for a moment, the woman drops her towel and stands naked in front of Bob. After a few seconds, Bob hands her $800 and leaves. The woman wraps back up in the towel and goes back upstairs. When she gets to the bathroom, her husband asks, "Who was that?" "It was Bob the next door neighbor," she replies. "Great!" the husband says,
"did he say anything about the $800 he owes me?"
Moral of the story: If you share critical information pertaining to
credit and risk with your shareholders in time, you may be in a
position to prevent avoidable exposure.
Lesson 2
A priest offered a woman a lift. She got in and crossed her legs,
forcing her gown to reveal a leg. The priest nearly had an accident.
After controlling the car, he stealthily slid his hand up her leg. The
woman said, "Father, remember Psalm 129?" The priest removed his hand. But, changing gears, he let his hand slide up her leg again. The woman once again said, "Father, remember Psalm 129?" The priest apologized "Sorry, but the flesh is weak." Arriving at their destination, the woman sighed heavily and went on her way. On his arrival at the church, the priest rushed to look up Psalm 129. It said, "Go forth and seek, further up, you will find glory."
Moral of the story: If you are not well informed in your job, you might miss a great opportunity.
Lesson 3
A sales rep, an administration clerk, and the manager are walking to
lunch when they find an antique oil lamp. They rub it and a Genie comes out. The Genie says, "I’ll give each of you just one wish." "Me first! Me first!" says the admin clerk. "I want to be in the Bahamas, driving a speedboat, without a care in the world." Puff! She’s gone. "Me next! Me next!" says the sales rep. "I want to be in Hawaii, relaxing on the beach with my personal masseuse, an endless supply of Pina Coladas and the love of my life. Puff! He’s gone. "OK, you’re up," the Genie says to the manager. The manager says, "I want those two back in the office after lunch."
Moral of the story: Always let your boss have the first say.
Lesson 4
An eagle was sitting on a tree resting, doing nothing. A small rabbit
saw the eagle and asked him, "Can I also sit like you and do nothing?"
The eagle answered: "Sure, why not." So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the eagle and rested. All of a sudden, a fox appeared, jumped on the rabbit and ate it.
Moral of the story: To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be
sitting very, very high up
Lesson 5
A turkey was chatting with a bull. "I would love to be able to get to
the top of that tree," sighed the turkey, "but haven’t got the energy." "Well, why don’t you nibble on some of my droppings?" replied the bull. They’re packed with nutrients." The turkey pecked at a lump of dung, and found it actually gave him enough strength to reach the lowest branch of the tree. The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch. Finally after a fourth night, the turkey was proudly perched at the
top of the tree. He was promptly spotted by a farmer, who shot
him out of the tree.
Moral of the story: Bullshit might get you to the top, but it won’t
keep you there.
Lesson 6
A little bird was flying south for the winter. It was so cold the bird
froze and fell to the ground into a large field. While he was lying
there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on him. As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, he began to realize how warm he was. The dung was actually thawing him out! He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy. A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate. Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of cow dung, and promptly dug him out and ate him.
Moral of the story:
(1) Not everyone who shits on you is your enemy
(2) Not everyone who gets you out of shit is your friend
(3) And when you’re in deep shit, it’s best to keep your mouth shut!
Now get your ass off start working !
Happy Valentine’s Day
What was Valentine’s Day about? History told us that St.Valentine (someone i think most of us know none about him) who died in the prison after disobeying some lord call Claudius. Claudius believed that as married men, his soldiers would want to stay home with their families rather than fight his wars. Valentine defied the Emperor’s decree and secretly married the young couples. He was eventually arrested, imprisoned, and put to death. Valentine was beheaded on February 14th, the eve of the Roman holiday Lupercalia. After his death, Valentine was named a saint. As Rome became more Christian, the priests moved the spring holiday from the 15th of February to the 14th - Valentine’s Day.
Okie let me cut the crap out first, and talk about sth true about valentine day. Yeah, last year and so on last year this day for sure im busy thinking about what should i get for someone. A week or few days before the big night, normally i would go pay a visit to my weekly friend call Mr. ATM machine, pass him my magic password tut tut tut and get some $$$ from him. Then scratch my head think some shop to get something she would like about it. Sometimes i would make the thing more fancier and nicer by my own hand. Wrapping the stuff doesnt come easy also, as you know ppl like me always like things come in perfect. The gift must come with suitable colour of paper or box. Normally i will prefer red or pink.
That’s another problem, now i have think should or i should get a box of chocolate and some flowers? I have to rush to the other place now to get those things. Then need to run over all the internet or directory or from people asking what place nice and new. For me, nice place shouldnt be a problem but the tricky thing now is where is that god damn silent place without all the crowded people on the big night? Then on the big day some of us even take leave just for that big day. Usually I will dress nicely with my normal jeans and so on, clean my cars and check my wallet packed up and not empty (yes..my wallet usually empty). Then wait the princess patiently with her hair set and dress up and all the make up. Okie then normally we guys would think a way how to give our gift to our date, some even romantic until fill up back of the cars with roses and the sacred letters behind. Some even write cards, i do that stuff last time. Showing all how the romantic should be… yeah normal day we dont show huh right guys? Finally pack ourself to the dinner, stay gorgeous all time and be cool. Gossip about other couple how they should or shouldnt be and talking about the so on future ( like the future should be like that? dream on ). After the meal, some of us will exchange present if we didnt give it earlier, and wow both of us will show how much we appreacite the gift like aw… i want this for so long already…( yeah right..if you want this you should told me earlier liao la ). Then newbies will get to hug and kiss while people like me just go on with the night. If times allow, there will be a show/movie after that. If not, will go back to our own home or do "movie" ourself. Muahaha…
Then the next day, most of us guys will calculate how much we spend on last night. See worth it or not? Of course worth it right? Consider as a investment plan or a happy night out lor unless both of you also "lou fu lou chai" liao.
ANyway i wishes everyone a Happy Valentine’s Day 2007. For those singles, dont worry.. we will keep on hardworking!
Oops…couldnt find more suitable picture for the day :p

Escapades
It’s been a ages since my last trip to Penang back to my primary skool time. Gosh Penang changes so much since last time, i hardly remember the roads. But the island wasnt big, its easy as because signboards are everywhere. You wouldnt get lost in Penang.
on the way to Georgetown…
Yeah i guess weather in Penang is much more hotter than KL. I get sweaty in just few seconds after my first few steps on to the land. The roads there was easy but sometimes i get confuse by so many Jalan Sehala turning.
At first i thought my friend bringing me to stay in some hotel nearby Gurney there but it was an INN in the end.
Hotel Good Hope Inn
At RM90 per night, i couldnt ask more for a nicer stay than this. It got everything just like a normal hotel inside. Free car park, water distiller, 2 single beds, airconditioning, TV with astro and bathroom towels etc. It was just nice for budget travellers like me.
my cosy room
Not long after that i headed for the legendary Kek Lok Si temple.
part of the temple
Statues of Buddha..gee..i forgot how many the exact numbers
Lanterns decorations..gosh its so many and nice
On the way to the the top ( i wonder why there dont let ppl just walk up )
Yeah i finally meet my Godmum Guan Yin there liao… although yeah she always in my heart. But from there i can even see her clearer than before!
Gosh! this piece of land as huge ase a football yard!
The statue of Guan Yin that guard the whole island
The view here was magnificient. Can see the whole side of Penang to the bridge (sounds like a bit kua cheong already). I wont post the view here, i let you guys climb up and see it yourself.
The place is still undercontruction as the people still building a shed for the statue. Yeah i lend some "hand" donating a small piece of roof for my godmum. Oops i forgot to take a snap on the complete structure poster.
my name on the roof shield
After all the photo snapping and god worshipping and wishes and site seeing, its time for lunch! You cant miss out the famous asam laksa from Penang that everyone talk about. Im sure everyone knows where it is located right?
cant wait to stuff this into my stomach~
I found something also just as nice as the laksa. It’s the tofu selling just beside the asam laksa stall. Wah i tell you.. this is the smoothest dry tofu i ever tasted.
close up of the tofu…yum yum
They said gurney is so happening already with cafes and pubs just like jln P.Ramlee during saturday. I forgot the place call what name but i remember its near to a english graveyard. You can notice many cars park all over the places when you nearby there.
Persiarn Gurney
After a long tired day place seeking in Penang, the next morning/afternoon i wave bye bye to Penang. Well the trip was short but splendid.
i guess i found an assistance to help me drive back
And guess what i finally found for my new room deco..
Katanas’ of the Last Samurai :p
